Our Vice Chair Ciara Sands and her two aunts are running the Dune Half Marathon on 16th October from Newry to Dundalk in aid of our support group The Road Ahead and Life &Time- a charity that provides pallative care and support.
We are so grateful for every fundraising activity that takes place in honour of us.

Great advice from Oxfordshire Fire & Rescue Service.

If that horse-rider ahead was your daughter, you would make sure that you passed her very slowly and gave her plenty of space.

Treat all road users like you know them and keep one another safe.

Absolutely horrific. After watching the hurt caused in this collision I wonder how anyone could ever think about using a mobile phone while driving. It’s a selfish act.
