Kenya High Commission UK Official page of the Kenya High Commission in the UK.

The Kenya High Commission in London was established in 1963 to pursue Kenya’s national interest in the United Kingdom, the International Maritime Organization and the commonwealth. The Mission has the mandate to forge closer relations between the people of Kenya and the people of United Kingdom in pursuit of deeper bilateral and multilateral cooperation in trade and investments, culture, science and technology as well as other fields for mutual benefit. For the Mission to successfully realize these principles and effectively implement its core mandate and functions, a service charter has been developed to guide its operations. The Charter sets out what the Mission is and what it does, as well as its commitment and that of its staff to provide its clients with the highest quality services commensurate with the stature of a modern Foreign Service.

Strengthen . Enhance. Adapt. 🇰🇪🌿

As the Oxford and Cambridge Society celebrates its centenary in London, H.E. Maurice Makoloo, held a conversation with Society Chair Marko Tomicic and Daisy Moraa on the contribution of Oxbridge-educated Kenyans to public service, knowledge and Kenya’s future.

On , the conversation also reflected on the seeds we must plant today as Kenya looks towards its centenary in 2063: nurturing young talent, harnessing global expertise and building a sustainable future for generations to come.

Partnership. Heritage. Flavour.

At the Ethical Tea Partnership (ETP) forum, H.E. Ambassador Maurice Makoloo offered something more eloquent than a keynote: he blended.

Drawing on Kenya’s specialty teas, he created a cup of remarkable flavour and deep, natural aroma—a moment where Kenya’s story was told through highland air, volcanic soil and generations of craft.

Kenyan tea reaches the world in countless blends, while our specialty and orthodox teas are opening new chapters in the premium market. Purple tea, too, is gaining attention among discerning consumers.

The United Kingdom remains a valued partner, and we are delighted to deepen this relationship through platforms such as the ETP forum.

A cup to savour. Grown in Kenya. Enjoyed throughout the world.
