Reform failed to declare who paid for its campaign material.

The Electoral Commission fined Reform £1,750 after three Reform-run social accounts and a Telegraph advert promoting Robert Jenrick lacked legally required imprints. Reform missed the payment deadline, raising the penalty to £2,187.50, which it later paid.

Reform called a missing imprint on a by-election leaflet a printing error; lawyers for candidate Adam Rawson admitted some leaflets lacked the imprint and a judge imposed no penalty on the candidate.
