A whole weekend dedicated to restored and rarely screened works from Flemish cinema, taking place in different venues!
Developed in collaboration with the Barbican Centre, The Garden Cinema, Birkbeck, University of London, CINEMATEK (Brussels) and RITCS School of Arts, the programme offers audiences a unique opportunity to rediscover landmark works of Flemish film heritage on the big screen.
Curated by Belgian film historian Wouter Hessels, the programme spans magical realism, animation, poetic realism and contemporary arthouse cinema.
