A fantastic day supporting the Newlon community! ⚽☀️

MNM Property Services was delighted to join Newlon Housing Trust at their Barnsbury Fun Day at Barnard Park on Friday 28 August.

It was great to see residents, families, contractors and the Newlon's team come together for a day filled with activities, community spirit and plenty of friendly competition.

Our team were especially pleased to get involved in the football activities alongside Newlon residents and fellow contractors! ⚽

We were proud to support the event and contribute towards making the day enjoyable for local residents. Events like this are a great reminder that the work we do is about much more than maintaining homes – it's also about supporting the communities and residents we serve.

A big thank you to the Newlon team for organising the event and inviting us to take part, and to everyone who helped make the day such a success.

On 2nd June, our Managing Director, George Panteli, had the pleasure of attending the AMIP (Asset Management Improvement Partnership) Conference, a CPD-certified event hosted by Echelon Improvement Partnerships in London.

Bringing together professionals from across the social housing and construction sectors, the conference focused on the challenges and opportunities surrounding large-scale decarbonisation and retrofit programmes. Discussions explored how organisations can successfully balance funding requirements, resident expectations, and long-term sustainability objectives.

The event featured a range of expert speakers, including Antoine Pellet, who shared valuable insights into the future of sustainable housing and asset management.

At MNM Property Services, we’re proud to have recently been part of the Battersea Alliance Social Value Pilot Event—a truly valuable initiative bringing together organisations from the public, private, and community sectors.
It’s not often that you see such a diverse group of partners in one room, all working towards a shared goal: delivering meaningful, real-time social value within the local community.

This pilot focused on understanding the actual, day-to-day needs of community and voluntary organisations—particularly around back-office challenges such as facilities management, finance, and digital support—and connecting them with contractors who can offer practical, in-kind expertise.
As a maintenance contractor, we at MNM are committed to building long-term partnerships that go beyond one-off contributions. Events like this allow us to better understand local needs and explore how our skills, knowledge, and resources can make a genuine difference.

A big thank you to the Battersea Alliance team, the Social Value leads from Richmond and Wandsworth Councils, and all partners involved for facilitating such a collaborative and forward-thinking session.
