This 2-day practical workshop is designed to develop the technical coaching skills and programming knowledge required to incorporate Olympic weightlifting into strength and conditioning programmes to enhance performance.

This workshop will enhance your knowledge of:

✅ Principles of strength training and dynamic correspondence
✅ Applying weightlifting movements to enhance performance
✅ Coaching the sn**ch and its derivatives
✅ Coaching cleans
✅ Coaching presses and jerks
✅ Designing effective weightlifting sessions

This workshop combines practical coaching with evidence-based application, providing RAPTCIs with the knowledge and skills to improve athletic and operational performance.
