Papua Militant International joined with the Latin America block for Palestine 🇵🇸 on Saturday, 21st October 2023, in London.
Latin America, West Papua, and people's of Britain joined today’s massive central London National March for Palestine.
In the past two weeks, the Zionist state of Israel has stepped up its murderous attack on the people of Gaza to levels surpassing its previous years of war crime, siege, and destruction. The US and Britain are thoroughly complicit in this, as is the British Labour Party, which has given the green light to Israel to kill, maim, and starve the Palestinian population.
Before the march our comrades FRFI supporters met up in Oxford Street, where we held a powerful speak-out outside Marks and Spencer, highlighting the role of British businesses, banks, and institutions in supporting Israel's oppression of the Palestinian people.
From there, we marched behind our ‘Zionism is Racism’ banner to join the march from Marble Arch to Downing Street. The length of the march, we used our sound system continuously, providing an open mic for anyone who had something to say in solidarity with the anti-imperialist struggle.
Today’s protest brought thousands and thousands of people onto the streets of London to voice their unwavering solidarity with the Palestinian resistance.
