Adventure is part of the job. 🌊⛵

Recently, six Reservists from 151 RLC completed Adventure Training in Mallorca, learning essential seamanship skills including sailing, entering and leaving ports safely, and living self-sufficiently on board when on an anchorage overnight.

After successfully circumnavigating the island, stopping at El S’Arenal, Cala D’Or, Porto Cristo, Port Adriano and spending a night at anchor in Port de Sóller, the team returned with new skills, confidence and unforgettable experiences.

Adventure Training is just one of the many paid opportunities available as an Army Reservist, carried out in your spare time alongside civilian life.

We like big trucks and we cannot lie...

871 wowed members of the public at the Berkshire Motor Show over the weekend. Enthusiastic families, cadets and individuals lined up to find out more about the SA80, Man SV what 151 has to offer. A successful event all round!

AROSC 2026: A worthy challenge for the 151 Operational Shooting Team at Lydd and Hythe this year; who finished a commendable 4th place overall under difficult conditions. Several of the team (WO2 Howard, OC Maj Robertson and Sgt Guiver) achieved within the top 22 of Reservists in the country. Congratulations to all who participated and a huge thanks to the G4 support.

This month’s 151 Soldier weekend was a test of grit, high alertness and capability, as our reservists tested their ability to respond to CBRN, deal with casualties and perform a section attack. Our soldiers displayed mental and physical resilience throughout the weekend.
