我們的第一階段，是要提醒香港人民作為一個社群，在意識形態演化的路途上已經走了多遠。為了對抗當今社會中倒退的政治思潮，我們將從重申早在2019年前已經記錄下來的理念開始。
所有宣傳材料及其在家製作的方法，將會在網上公開，以確保黨員資格免費且容易獲取。
如果你有興趣加入本黨，請先自行列印本黨雜誌《眾議》，並在自己的社區內廣泛傳播。凡是拍攝自己持有該雜誌的照片並提交給我們者，即可正式成為黨員。
今天我們將講解入黨的第一階段，主要圍繞三個新職位：一是協助建立文宣系統，二是協助建立地方領導層，三是成為一般黨員。

首先，建立文宣系統對於擴大影響力及團結成員至關重要。如果你想加入宣傳團隊，可透過以下方式參與：
1. 撰寫與設計：負責撰寫文章、設計宣傳圖片或製作短片，確保我們的理念能夠有效傳達。
2. 線下宣傳：印製傳單、組織講座或街頭活動，增加曝光度。例如，參與香港民族黨（HKNP）資料公開閱讀小組，或撰寫有關黨綱執行及其重要性的思考文章。
3. 提交方法：將你的作品email至[email protected]。無需提供個人資料，只需附上作品，匿名提交亦可。

其次，建立地方領導層是確保組織穩健運作的關鍵。新成員可透過以下方式協助：
1. 說服當地的行動組織，讓他們採用符合香港民族主義的措辭和圖像，無論是透過文字或其他方式。
2. 內部組織協調：協助召開會議、分配工作，確保各項行動有序進行。

香港民族黨於二零一六年三月二十八日成立，為香港首個主張香港獨立的政黨，二零一八年因港共政權打壓而覆滅。如今秉持香港獨立精神者寥寥可數，海外港運已成強弩之末。於二零二五年，我們拾起香港民族黨的意志，喚醒昔日集結於民族黨旗下香港同志的力量，徹底驅逐中國殖民者，捍衛香港人的生存空間，並最終建立民族的主權國家，令香港再次成為東亞偉大的文明國家。
