SURFING 101 🏄
Now that summer has come to an end for us we understand the importance of keeping your body at its best. Sylvestrian introduces a 101 series, showing you workouts and equipment that can help keep you at your best for when summer rolls back around.
The first series will follow the art of Surfing,
If you have ever surfed or want the fitness to pursue surfing here are workouts and equipment that can help your fitness be at its peak.
1) CrossFit circuit - help you maintain at peak performance with a quick burst of intense exercises
2) ski machine - building up your arm strength for when you need that quick paddle out to the next set 🌊
3) Treadmill - who doesn’t love cardio? Even if you walk and not run you are still helping to improve your metabolic rate and cardiovascular endurance!
4) Assault bike - Helping you once again to perform best by upping your heart rate and building your quads to have a strong duck dive under those waves with incorporated active recovery
5) Now let’s see if you were playing attention to the slides👀remember to STRETCH, a car can’t go to 100mph without starting at 1mph and neither can your body, stretch before and after your workout with our rollers to ensure you are recovering properly from your workout.
