The staircase itself features a striking curved design, finished in crisp white and a minimal aesthetic - a real focal point within the home 🏡

The lift runs from the basement to the second floor, future-proofing the property and ensuring it remains fully accessible, while integrating seamlessly into the overall design. Rather than being an addition, it forms part of the staircase concept itself.

🏗️ Work is well underway on this new build home in Kingston upon Thames, with some progress pictures to date! 🏗️

Following the demolition of the original property, construction is now progressing on this completely new luxury family home, designed by our team. These images capture the journey so far — from demolition and foundations through to the structure beginning to take shape 👷‍♂️✨

Set on a substantial plot, the new home will feature a basement leisure suite, six bedrooms, and a spacious open-plan living area designed for modern family life 🏡

For this Wimbledon new build, our client came to us wanting something completely unique and modern - both internally and externally.⁠
⁠
As with all of our projects, we explored a range of exterior options using different combinations of stone, timber, steel and tile finishes across the facade. Here, the warmth of the timber contrasts beautifully with the light tiles, while the minimal glazing enhancing the clean architectural lines.⁠

🏡 On site at this contemporary Wimbledon new build! 🏡

There’s been huge progress since the start of the year, with second fix now well underway inside the property 🔨

Some of the standout features are really starting to take shape, including the bespoke wine room, cantilever staircase and custom carpentry throughout the home 🍷✨

Outside, the combination of light brickwork, Corten-effect porcelain cladding and black aluminium glazing has created a striking contemporary exterior - and we’re so pleased with how it’s all coming together 👏🏡

Basement conversion progress at another of our Wimbledon projects currently under construction!🏗️

Excavation is now complete, and from inside you can really start to appreciate the impressive scale of this basement space. It’s going to create a huge amount of additional living space for our client ✨🏡

The exterior was carefully designed to sit comfortably within the surrounding street, combining dark brickwork, clay roof tiles and Tudor-inspired detailing, including distinctive half-timber gables, to create a timeless and characterful home.⁠

Huge progress on site at this Wimbledon project over the past week, with the ultra-contemporary staircase now installed!🏗️

This staircase was a major part of the overall design, running across all three levels of the home. With its smooth curves, clean edges and minimal style, it’s set to become a real feature within the property ✨

Positioned within the centre of the staircase is a lift, carefully integrated into the design to create an elegant and fully accessible space throughout the home.

The project is moving at an amazing pace, and we’re so pleased with how this staircase is looking - along with the rest of this beautifully remodelled home 👏🏡
