SOLID advice to English non-natives out there, right before interviews: talk to yourself in English as often as possible (explain stuff, imagine you have an interviewer in front of you, etc.) Make a deal with your roommate that you both only speak English.

After a couple hours, your brain will get used to speaking English and you will get both more fluent and speak with noticeably less effort.

Now all you need to focus on is the problem-solving part :)

10 best ways to prepare for a technical interview with Google / Microsoft / Facebook.

1. Try preparing yourself by participating in a mock interview with 3 questions and strict time limit.
2. Get used to typing code in a google doc.
3. Learn how to explain common algorithms for your friend.
4. Give yourself a quick recap of basic algorithms.
5. Ask your English-speaking friend to practice talking over a phone with you
6. Find your weakness. Note them and practice to improve.
7. Write an e-mail to your recruiter, asking what kind of coding questions can you expect.
8. Get enough sleep before the interview day. It's important to have a pure mind and be able to think fast.
9. Listen to relaxing music just before the interview. It will let you calm down and suppress overcoming stress.
10. Remember to take notes right after an interview, what goes wrong and what goes well.
