WE PROVIDE SPECIALIST ADVOCACY AND RESPITE SUPPORT TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE SUFFERED FROM MENTAL ILL-HEALTH OR HAVE MENTAL ILL-HEALTH IN OUR COMMUNITY WHICH ARE THE SERVICE USERS, CARERS AND THEIR FAMILIES THROUGHOUT THE BOROUGH. OUR CLIENTS COME FROM DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE BOROUGH AND MOST ESPECIALLY IN MORE DEPRIVED AREAS SUCH AS UPPER EDMONTON; EDMONTON GREEN; BUSH HILL PARK, POUNDERS END, HAZELBURY ETC, OUR PRIMARY AIM IS TO DELIVER A SERVICE THAT WILL PROVIDE SENSITIVE SERVICES TO PEOPLE FROM COMMUNITY WHO ARE OVER-REPRESENTED WITHIN THE MENTAL HEALTH INSTITUTIONS. THIS IS DELIVERED THROUGH INFORMATION, ADVICE AND SUPPORT; SPECIALIST ADVOCACY AND RESPITE SUPPORT SERVICES TO MENTAL HEALTH SERVICE USERS AND THEIR FAMILIES

✔️ Who we Are:

We are Private Social Advocates professionals or consultants hired directly by individuals or families to help navigate complex social support systems and to ensure clients receive the services, rights, like benefits, accommodations they are entitled to. We also work as a public advocates, we work also work solely for the client’s best interests.

📌 Services we Provide:

•Disability Advocacy
We Help individuals to access disability benefits, request workplace accommodations, and understand their legal rights under the law• we we support the Elder to get Care and Support

We Assist older adults or their families with care planning, identifying appropriate housing or assisted living options, managing legal documents, and advocating for elder rights.

•Child and Family Advocacy
We Supporti children with special needs, including helping families navigate the school system, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and connect with therapeutic or social services.

•Housing and Welfare Assistance
We Guid the clients through applications for public assistance programs such as housing vouchers, food stamps (SNAP), Medicaid, and other welfare programs.

Example:

A parent hires us as private social advocate to help ensure their child with autism receives an appropriate Individualized benefits and Education Plan (IEP). We The advocate attends school meetings, reviews assessments, and works with educators to ensure services and accommodations meet the child’s unique needs.
