Review of Lord and Lady Cadbury's stay in London last week and trip through the Cotswolds with its beautiful English countryside and its warm, honey-coloured Jurassic limestone houses and cottages. They visited the villages of Bampton (the setting for Downton Village in the *Downton Abbey* series and films), Burton-on-the-Water, Burford, and Britains greatest Palace, Blenheim Palace, seat of the Dukes of Marlborough and birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill.

The current Baron and Baroness of North Cadbury

Legal Public Notices in The Gazette:
In The Gazette (formally The London Gazette) was officially announced and recorded that:
Lord Jörg Hubert and Lady Regina Dumke de Newmarch became the rightful successors and owners of the hereditary Lordship and Barony title and 6th Baron and Baroness of North Cadbury in 2011, also 11th Lord and Lady of the Manor of Blakewell (Devon) in 2010 and 18th Lord and Lady of the Manor of Codiford Farleigh (Cornwall) in 2020.
The feudal Barony of North Cadbury and also the manorial Lordship titles of Blakewell and Codiford Farleigh have been re-created by legal process by a leading authority of the realm, under legal supervision and confirmation of three independent SRA-regulated Solicitors. The legal rights to the title have been transferred by Deeds of Conveyance in compliance with the Honours (Prevention of Abuses) Act 1925.
The Baron and Baroness's hereditary titles of the barony and lordships are not titles of the peerage (parliamentary titles). These originated under feudalism and enshrined in English law as 'incorporeal hereditaments'.
The legal conveyance and ownership of the feudal titles have been officially announced and recorded in The Gazette (formally The London Gazette), the official public record of His Majesty's Government, which operates under strict Government and Crown approval.
It consists largely of statutory notices and also where the Crown Office publishes the King’s Honours List. The Gazette is published by TSO (The Stationery Office) on behalf of His Majesty's Stationery Office. They are subject to Crown copyright.
Notices can only be placed in The Gazette by verified persons acting in an official capacity, who have the authority to create an official record of fact e.g. UK registered Solicitors/Lawyers (SRA).
