Today we were proud to deliver our Leadership & Management Development Day for the Residential sector.

We had the most wonderful day with AMMA Childcare Services, with our wonderful Kim Stafford talking all things leadership, supervision, embedding reflective cultures, staff development and retention, conducting investigations, how we manage our time as managers, and so much more!!

This really is a jam packed course to really dig deep into how we manage effectively and for the good of the children entrusted into our care.

Today is National Exploitation Awareness Day.

Over the last ten years CYP First have taken part in many activities to raise awareness of Exploitation. Here’s just a snap shot!
