North London Sling Library - Bloomsbury branch The North London Sling Library Sling Consultants Becky and Andreia are on hand to answer your questions and help you find a suitable sling.

Our Bloomsbury sling library session runs every other Wednesday (apart from school holidays), 10:30am-12:30pm from the Guide Hall in the wonderful Coram's Fields. We are currently an appointment only library, and requires a £5 deposit to book a timeslot (refundable on request or against a sling hire) using the "Book Now" button on the Home page. Please note, due to time constraints we can only cov

er 1-2 slings per person per visit. Rentals start from £5 for 2 week's hire. We are now cashless, and require credit or debit card details as security against the hire of one of our slings; we will only make a charge if the sling is not returned, returned damaged or for outstanding hire fees. Happy 2025 from all of us at North & East London Sling Libraries! Our sessions restart later this week and we still have a couple of slots available at Bloomsbury on Wednesday.

Come and see us for:
- sling advice and information (including information about safety) from trained and experienced consultants
- fit checks for slings you have already
- free or low-cost sling hire

We have weighted demo dolls to practice with, so you can even pay us a visit before your baby arrives.

Our sessions at Triangle Children's Centre and Paradise Park Children's Centre are drop-in only and offer free hires for Haringey (Triangle) and Islington (Paradise Park) residents. All other sessions are appointment-only.

We are delighted to announce that next week we will be opening a new sling library for Haringey residents in partnership with Family Hubs Haringey!

The new sling library will run weekly (during term time) on Tuesday mornings from Triangle Children’s Centre in South Tottenham. Haringey residents can get information and advice from experienced sling consultants and trained peer supporters, hire a sling for up to 3 months for free, or get help with a sling you already have.

These sessions are drop-in only - no appointment needed. Please spread the word to any friends with babies in Haringey!

Been meaning to book in for a sling library session but hadn't quite got round to it yet? Off on holiday to somewhere hot and need a different sling? Our last session before the summer break is on Wednesday 17th July, so make sure you book an appointment soon! http://slinginglondon.simplybook.it
