Life is full of stress, especially for foster carers and the children in their care. Emotional resilience is the ability to manage stressful moments. It is something we are all capable of. However, we can also build it up so that we are able to bounce back from stress more quickly.
This week we are holding a training session for our carers, to aid them in building their own emotional resilience, as well as being there to develop their children's level of resilience stress
