Crafty Explorers pop-up shop in Nunhead, Southwark We're a crafty make, take and explore shop for little people aged 4 and over. Join in for free to make crafty creatures and take them on local adventures.

Crafty Explorers is free and open to everyone. We will be opening our doors for 5 weeks from Saturday the 8th of February. Our aim is to have fun while making, playing, learning and exploring outdoors while getting a bit of extra exercise. Our shop is opening in response to the design challenge that has been set by the Design Council and is funded by Guy’s & St Thomas’ Charity. Ou

r aim is to improve the health of children aged 5 and below in Southwark and Lambeth. Crafty Explorers has been created by the team behind Mission:Explore, another innovative project to help children enjoy and benefit from playing outdoors. Today we were at the Design Council sharing what we have been doing with Crafty Explorers in Nunhead. Our fingers are now crossed that we will get through to the next round of the Knee High Project so that we can go on even more crafty explorations!
