The Carbon Saving Community Obligation (CSCO) aims to provide free or partially-funded insulation measures to fuel poor areas throughout the UK. Community Emission Reduction Obligation (CERO) funding
CERO is an obligation to provide funding to insulate solid wall and ‘hard to treat’ cavity wall properties. This funding is available to residents who are taking out a Green Deal finance package.
