This July we're launching brand new Les Mills group fitness classes, featuring new moves and new music.

Les Mills is a leading brand in group fitness, known for it's fun, addictive classes. Whether you want to tone up with

To celebrate the release of these new classes, we’d like to invite you to bring your friends along this Monday 13th & Tuesday 14th July, to taste some of the Les Mills classes we can offer.

Please be aware that our steam room will be temporarily closed on Wednesday 18th & Thursday 19th February to allow essential maintenance works to be undertaken to the tiling.
Please note the steam room will reopen on Friday 20th February).

Think pink for Breast Cancer Awareness!

As it’s Breast Cancer Awareness month, come along to our ‘pink’ theme day on Friday 24th October.
