If you're experiencing a persistent cough, coughing up blood or unexplained weight loss, it could be a sign of cancer.

Don't ignore what could be early signs of cancer. Speak to your GP practice.

The MenB vaccine helps protect against meningitis B, but it’s still important to know the signs of meningitis.

Symptoms can include fever, a very bad headache, vomiting, stiff neck, dislike of bright lights, confusion, severe sleepiness, seizures or a rash.

If you think someone may have meningitis, call 999.

If you’re eligible for the free MenB vaccine, book your appointment at a participating community pharmacy.
