Being a foster carer is a challenging yet incredibly rewarding role, and it is our responsibility to ensure foster carers feel supported throughout their journey. Training is not only essential in equipping foster carers with the knowledge and skills they need, but it also provides a valuable opportunity to bring the team together — creating a collaborative and supportive environment where individuals can share experiences, encourage one another, and continue learning together.

The impact and dedication our foster carers give to our children is truly invaluable. Not only do they play an essential role in helping prepare young people for adulthood, but they also create opportunities for bonding, learning, laughter, and making children feel genuinely cared for and supported.
A huge thank you to our amazing foster carers — the role can be challenging at times, but the difference you make in the lives of children and young people is immeasurable.
