နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီး ဦးတင်မောင်ဆွေသည် နေပြည်တော်သို့ တရားဝင်ခရီးစဉ် ရောက်ရှိနေသည့် ဗီယက်နမ်ဆိုရှယ်လစ်သမ္မတနိုင်ငံ၊ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီး မစ္စတာ လေဟွိုင်ချုံးနှင့်အတူ မြန်မာ-ဗီယက်နမ် နှစ်နိုင်ငံပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု ပူးတွဲကော်မရှင်၏ (၁၀) ကြိမ်မြောက်အစည်းအဝေးကို ၂၆-၈-၂၀၂၆ ရက်တွင် နေပြည်တော် Park Royal ဟိုတယ်၌ ဦးဆောင်ကျင်းပခဲ့သည်။
အဆိုပါအစည်းအဝေးတွင် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံနှင့် ဗီယက်နမ်နိုင်ငံတို့အကြား ထူထောင်ထားသည့် ဘက်စုံပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု မိတ်ဖက်ဆက်ဆံရေးအောက်မှ နှစ်နိုင်ငံဆက်ဆံရေးနှင့် ဘက်စုံ ကဏ္ဍစုံ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု တိုးမြှင့်ရေးကိစ္စရပ်များ၊ အထူးသဖြင့် နိုင်ငံရေး၊ ကာကွယ်ရေးနှင့် လုံခြုံရေး၊ စီးပွားရေး၊ ကုန်သွယ်ရေးနှင့်ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှု၊ သယ်ယူပို့ဆောင်ရေး၊ သတင်းအချက် အလက်နှင့် ဆက်သွယ်ရေး၊ ပညာရေးနှင့် လေ့ကျင့်သင်ကြားရေး၊ ကျန်းမာရေး၊ သိပ္ပံနှင့် နည်းပညာ၊ စိုက်ပျိုးရေး၊ မွေးမြူရေး၊ ယဉ်ကျေးမှု၊ ခရီးသွားနှင့် ပြည်သူအချင်းချင်း အပြန်အလှန် ထိတွေ့ဆက်ဆံမှု မြှင့်တင်ရေးကိစ္စရပ်များကို ဆွေးနွေးခဲ့ကြသည်။ ထို့ပြင် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံနှင့် ဗီယက်နမ်နိုင်ငံတို့၏ ပြည်တွင်းဖြစ်ပေါ်တိုးတက်မှုများကို အပြန်အလှန်ရှင်းလင်းအသိပေးကြပြီး နှစ်နိုင်ငံအကြား ဒေသတွင်းနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာမျက်နှာစာတွင် အပြန်အလှန် ထောက်ခံအားပေး လျက် ပိုမိုနီးကပ်စွာ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရေးကိစ္စရပ်များကို ဆွေးနွေးအမြင်ချင်းဖလှယ်ခဲ့ကြသည်။
ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီးက ၂၀၂၇ ခုနှစ်တွင် မြန်မာ-ဗီယက်နမ် ဘက်စုံပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု မိတ်ဖက်ဆက်ဆံရေး ထူထောင်မှု (၁၀)နှစ် ပြည့်မြောက်သည့် အထိမ်းအမှတ် အခမ်းအနားများ ကျင်းပနိုင်ရေး စီစဉ်ဆောင်ရွက်သွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါကြောင်း၊ နှစ်နိုင်ငံ သံတမန်သင်တန်းကျောင်း များအကြား ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရေးအပါအဝင် နှစ်နိုင်ငံ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနများအကြား ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု တိုးမြှင့်သွားမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း၊ ဗီယက်နမ်နိုင်ငံမှ ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံသူများအား ရတနာပုံဆိုက်ဘာစီးတီးအပါအဝင် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ နည်းပညာအထူးဇုန်များတွင် ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံ မှုများ လာရောက်ပြုလုပ်ရန်၊ နည်းပညာဆိုင်ရာပစ္စည်းများ လာရောက်ထုတ်လုပ်ရန် ဖိတ်ခေါ်လို ပါကြောင်း၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် ဧရာဝတီ-ကျောက်ဖရား-မဲခေါင် စီးပွားရေးပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု မဟာဗျူဟာ (အက်ခ်မက်) အလှည့်ကျဥက္ကဋ္ဌတာဝန်ကို ထမ်းဆောင်လျက် ရှိသကဲ့သို့ ဗီယက်နမ် နိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့်လည်း ကမ္ဘောဒီးယား၊ လာအို၊ မြန်မာ၊ ဗီယက်နမ် (စီအယ်လ်အမ်ဗွီ) အလှည့်ကျ ဥက္ကဋ္ဌတာဝန်ကို ထမ်းဆောင်လျက်ရှိရာ နှစ်နိုင်ငံအကြား အဆိုပါဒေသတွင်း ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု မူဘောင်များအောက်မှလည်း နီးကပ်စွာ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်သွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါကြောင်း၊ မြန်မာ နိုင်ငံက ဦးဆောင်သော မြန်မာ့ကိုယ်ပိုင်နည်းလမ်းဖြင့် အာဆီယံနှင့် ဆက်ဆံရေးတိုးတက်စေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်သွားမည် ဖြစ်ပါကြောင်း၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ နိုင်ငံရေးဖြစ်ပေါ်တိုးတက်မှုများကို အပြု သဘောဆောင် ကြိုဆိုသည့် ဗီယက်နမ်နိုင်ငံနှင့် အာဆီယံအဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံများကို အသိအမှတ်ပြု ကျေးဇူးတင်ရှိကြောင်း ပြောကြားသည်။
ဗီယက်နမ်နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးက မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၌ ရွေးကောက်ပွဲအောင်မြင်စွာ ကျင်းပနိုင်ခဲ့ မှုအပေါ် ဂုဏ်ပြုပါကြောင်း၊ ဗီယက်နမ်တွင်လည်း ဗီယက်နမ်ကွန်မြူနစ်ပါတီ၏ (၁၄) ကြိမ်မြောက် အမျိုးသားပါတီကွန်ဂရက်ကို အောင်မြင်စွာ ကျင်းပနိုင်ခဲ့ပြီး နိုင်ငံရေး၊ စီးပွားရေး မဟာဗျူဟာများ ကို ချမှတ်ဆောင်ရွက်လျက်ရှိရာ ယခုအချိန်သည် နှစ်နိုင်ငံစလုံးအတွက် ဆက်ဆံရေးနှင့် ပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက်မှုမြှင့်တင်ရန် အချိန်အခါကောင်းဖြစ်ပါကြောင်း၊ နှစ်နိုင်ငံအကြား နှစ်နိုင်ငံဆက်ဆံ ရေး၊ ကုန်သွယ်ရေးနှင့် ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှု၊ ပြည်သူအချင်းချင်း ထိတွေ့ဆက်ဆံမှုနှင့် ဒေသတွင်းနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှု စသည့် နယ်ပယ်များတွင် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများ မြှင့်တင် သွားလိုကြောင်း၊ အာဆီယံ၊ ကုလသမဂ္ဂနှင့် အခြားသော အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ မူဘောင်များတွင် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအနေဖြင့် အပြည့်အဝနှင့် တန်းတူအခွင့်အရေး ရရှိရေးအတွက် ဗီယက်နမ်နိုင်ငံက ဆက်လက်ထောက်ခံအားပေးသွားမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း၊ ဗီယက်နမ်နိုင်ငံက မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ ငြိမ်းချမ်း ရေး၊ တည်ငြိမ်ရေး၊ အမျိုးသားပြန်လည်သင့်မြတ်ရေးနှင့် လူမှု-ယဉ်ကျေးမှု ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုတို့ အတွက် ကြိုးပမ်းမှုများကို ထောက်ခံကြောင်း၊ နှစ်နိုင်ငံအကြား အာဆီယံ၊ အက်ခ်မက်နှင့် စီအယ်လ်အမ်ဗွီတို့ အပါအဝင် ဒေသတွင်းနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာမျက်နှာစာတွင် နီးကပ်စွာပူးပေါင်း ဆောင်ရွက်သွားမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း ပြောကြားသည်။
အစည်းအဝေးအပြီးတွင် နှစ်နိုင်ငံ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးများက ပူးတွဲကော်မရှင် အစည်း အဝေး၏ သဘောတူညီချက်မှတ်တမ်းအား လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးခဲ့ကြသည်။
အစည်းအဝေးသို့ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံနှင့် ဗီယက်နမ်နိုင်ငံ၊ နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနများနှင့် သက်ဆိုင်ရာဝန်ကြီးဌာနများမှ တာဝန်ရှိသူများ ပါဝင်တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြသည်။
ဆက်လက်၍ နေ့လယ်ပိုင်းတွင် ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီးက ဗီယက်နမ်နိုင်ငံခြားရေးဝန်ကြီးနှင့် ကိုယ်စားလှယ်အဖွဲ့အား နေ့လယ်စာဖြင့် တည်ခင်းဧည့်ခံခဲ့သည်။

U Tin Maung Swe, Union Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, and Mr. Le Hoai Trung, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, who was on an official visit to Nay Pyi Taw, co-chaired the 10th Meeting of the Myanmar–Viet Nam Joint Commission for Bilateral Cooperation at the Park Royal Hotel in Nay Pyi Taw on 26 August 2026.
During the meeting, both sides discussed ways to further strengthen bilateral relations and cooperation in all areas under the framework of the Comprehensive Cooperation Partnership between Myanmar and Viet Nam. Their discussions focused on promoting cooperation in political, defence and security, economic, trade and investment, transport, information and communications, education and training, health, science and technology, agriculture, livestock, culture, tourism, and people-to-people exchanges. The two sides also exchanged views on developments in their respective countries and discussed ways to provide mutual support and enhance cooperation on regional and international fora.
The Union Minister discussed preparations for commemorative activities in 2027 to mark the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the Myanmar–Viet Nam Comprehensive Cooperation Partnership, as well as cooperation between the two Ministries of Foreign Affairs, including collaboration between their diplomatic academies. He invited Vietnamese investors to explore investment opportunities in Myanmar’s technology-focused special economic zones, including the Yadanarpon Cyber City Project, and encouraged cooperation in technology-based manufacturing. He noted that, as Myanmar currently holds the Chairmanship of Ayeyawady-Chao Phraya-Mekong Economic Cooperation Strategy (ACMECS) and Viet Nam is serving as the Chair of Cambodia-Lao PDR- Myanmar- Viet Nam (CLMV), the two countries would continue to cooperate closely within these regional cooperation frameworks. He also reaffirmed Myanmar’s efforts to further strengthen its relations with ASEAN through a Myanmar-owned and Myanmar-led approach, while expressing appreciation to Viet Nam and other ASEAN Member States for their constructive engagement regarding Myanmar’s political developments.
The Vietnamese Foreign Minister congratulated the successful holding of elections in Myanmar. He appraised that Viet Nam had successfully convened the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Viet Nam and adopted its political and economic strategies, noting that this is an opportune time for both countries to further elevate bilateral relations and cooperation. He expressed Viet Nam’s interest in further strengthening cooperation in bilateral relations, trade and investment, people-to-people exchanges as well as regional and international cooperation and reaffirmed Viet Nam’s commitment in supporting Myanmar’s full and equal participation in ASEAN, the United Nations and other international fora. He also expressed Viet Nam’s support for Myanmar’s continued efforts towards peace, stability, national reconciliation and socio-economic development. He underscored Viet Nam’s commitment to further strengthening close cooperation with Myanmar in regional and international contexts, including ASEAN, ACMECS and CLMV.
Following the meeting, the two Foreign Ministers signed the Agreed Minutes of the 10th Meeting of the Myanmar–Viet Nam Joint Commission for Bilateral Cooperation.
Officials from the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and relevant ministries of Myanmar and Viet Nam were also present at the meeting.
In the afternoon, the Union Minister hosted a luncheon in honor of the Vietnamese Foreign Minister and members of his delegation.
