🏛️ Tron Kirk, Edinburgh – Historic Restoration

In 2024, Zenith part of Coriant Group delivered urgent repairs at Tron Kirk, combining inspection, engineering, specialist access, and conservation.

Following a rope access and steeplejack inspection, unstable masonry was identified, requiring immediate action due to the building’s busy public location.

🏭 Chimney Refurbishment – Croydon Power Station

Zenith part of Coriant Group successfully refurbished a 67m steel chimney following a survey that identified urgent repairs.

Using a specialist engineered access solution, the chimney was safely dismantled, refurbished, and rebuilt during a critical outage.

Built using direct feedback from site operatives, our Engineering, Product Development, and Fabrication teams designed, prototyped, and tested the platform entirely in-house.

🔹 Full in-house 3D modelling, fabrication, and testing
🔹 Folding design for safer, easier access

Working in partnership with ExxonMobil, we delivered a full in-house solution – from inspection and structural analysis to specialist access, lifting, and refurbishment.

Zenith, part of Coriant Group, Proudly Sponsors Lexi 🥋

Junior international Taekwondo competitor Lexi Knox recently competed at the British Taekwondo International Open 2026, held at the HSBC National Cycling Centre in Manchester.

Representing Team Raw Taekwondo Scotland, Lexi competed against some of the world’s top athletes in an extremely competitive field.

Typically fighting in the Junior Female -42kg category, Lexi stepped up a weight division for this event, entering the -44kg category. Demonstrating impressive determination and adaptability, she secured a bronze medal after a tough semi-final against a strong Irish opponent.

Her coach praised her performance, describing it as:

“A well-focused and mature performance.”

🏭 Drone Inspection – Steel Chimney Survey

Zenith carried out a drone inspection, capturing high-resolution imagery to identify key safety and maintenance issues without intrusive access.

Findings: Corrosion to ladders and platforms, missing rungs, coating failures, faulty warning lights, and a weld defect.

Recommendations: Restrict access, replace damaged steelwork, repair coatings, reinstate lighting, and carry out ongoing inspections in line with ATLAS guidance.

Using UAVs, Zenith delivered a fast, safe assessment with clear engineering solutions.
