October is Cancer month. In memory of every Cancer patient, family member or friend who has lost their battle with Cancer & in honour of all those who continue to fight, PLEASE put this on your status for 1 hour. Many won't copy & paste. I was proud to. Will you???

Don't miss out on watching the battle for a place in the Semi-final of the World Cup........ But first come along & show your support to Pontyates RFC v New Dock Stars RFC in the cup 1.30pm kick off. Fundraising buckets will be going round during the match & will be on the bar for anyone who wishes to donate.

Saturday August 22nd, the ladies of Pontyates RFC took part in a sponsored walk raising a substantial amount of funds for the chemo unit. The grand total has not yet been added up as sponsorship is still coming in. Well done ladies
