Shared Lives - Cysylltu Bywydau Shared Lives is a service where people who need some support, live with or visit people who have decided to share their homes, community and family life.

These are called Shared Lives Carers. Service provided by (Powys County Council) Shared Lives Powys enables people to live life to the full in their communities without having to live alone or in residential care. If you've always wanted to get into social care but never been sure if you had the time or the support, then Shared Lives may be for you - you can work around your own life, fam

ily and commitments, and receive a generous allowance from the council. Shared Lives Powys provides care and support to adults with a learning disability, older people, people with mental health problems and adults with a physical or sensory disability. Public Health Wales want to hear your views on the vaccination information they have developed with and for people with a learning disability.

They want to hear from carers and organisations supporting people with a learning disability to find out:
- Whether they have seen and used the resources (a video and 2 easy read leaflets)
- What they liked or disliked about the resources
- Suggestions for making the resources better.
