Rhayader | Over the past few weeks, Radnorshire Neighbourhood Policing and Prevention Team has seen an increase in visitors, specifically those using 4X4 vehicles, quad bikes and motorcycles in the Elan Valley area. This a Site of Special Scientific Interest (S.S.S.I) area with many ground nesting birds at this time of the year.
