Chris and Nadia, together with the Rotary Club, have worked tirelessly to bring hope and lasting change to the lives of our children and community. Through their incredible generosity and commitment, more than 600 solar lights were provided, and we are proud to share that over 450 lights have already been distributed to our school children, with the remainder reaching families within the wider community. These lights are transforming homes and creating brighter futures.
A solar light is far more than just a lamp, it is hope shining in the darkness. It gives a child the opportunity to read, learn and dream long after the sun has set. It brings comfort, safety, and dignity to a home, while opening doors to education and opportunity.
The impact of this program on our school and community is truly immeasurable. Children who once struggled to complete their homework in dim light or darkness can now study with confidence and determination. Parents have peace of mind, children feel inspired and households are filled with new possibilities.
No child should have to sit in darkness when their future is full of potential. These solar lights are not simply gifts; they are gifts of education, opportunity, protection and hope.
