Happy ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ’š

A little reminder today (and every day) that the small things really do add up; choosing to walk instead of drive, reusing what we already have, being mindful of what we consume, and taking a moment to appreciate the world around us.

The planet doesnโ€™t need a handful of people doing sustainability perfectly, it needs millions of us doing it imperfectly.

Letโ€™s protect what weโ€™re lucky enough to call home ๐ŸŒฑโœจ

๐ŸŒฟโณ City Nature Challenge Starts THIS WEEK! Top Tips for Great Wildlife Photos ๐Ÿ“ธ๐ŸŒ

Ready to capture some amazing nature? Here are our top tips to help your observations stand out ๐Ÿ‘‡

๐Ÿ“ธ Get close (but stay safe!)
Fill the frame with your subject so itโ€™s easier to identify.

๐ŸŒฟ Take multiple angles
Snap from different sides โ€“ leaves, flowers, wings, or patterns all help with ID!

โ˜€๏ธ Use natural light
Try to avoid harsh shadows or flash โ€“ natural light gives the best detail.

๐Ÿœ Be patient
Wildlife doesnโ€™t always stay stillโ€ฆ take your time and wait for the moment!

๐Ÿ“ฑ Keep it steady
Hold your phone still or rest it on something to avoid blurry shots.

๐Ÿ” Focus on the details
Close-ups of textures, markings, or colours can make all the difference.

โœจ Top tip: Even common species are important โ€“ everything you record counts!

Not long nowโ€ฆ get ready to explore and start snapping! ๐Ÿ’š
