For world bee day we used our creative skills to make a picture of a hive, we used our imaginative skills and flew little bees around the room and we used early literacy skills to read books about bees. 🐝

For Saint Patrick's day we looked at Irelands national flower/plant. The shamrock ☘️
We collaged one in it's traditional green colour and coloured another one in all the colours of the rainbow to represent the Irish folklore, where leprechauns are said to hide their pots of gold at the unreachable end of a rainbow.

Yesterday, for Chinese New Year which was Sunday, we enjoyed making lucky horseshoe pictures to celebrate Year of the horse. We also enjoyed looking at traditional Chinese decorations, tasting traditional food and watching the celebrations of the lion and dragon dances. 🐉🐲
