East Beach car park – temporary restrictions tomorrow.

Please be aware that the East Beach car park (next to the East Beach Café) will have less availability all day on Tuesday 16 June due to ‘authorised’ activity taking place throughout the day.

Several vehicles will be on site and spaces will be reduced. We recommend planning ahead and using alternative parking where possible.

Thank you for your patience.

Join us this World Elder Abuse Awareness Day (WEAAD) in supporting We Are Hourglass's campaign: THEN. NOW. NEXT: 20 Years of WEAAD.

Hourglass are marking 20 years of raising awareness, and this year’s campaign reflects on how understanding of abuse affecting older people has changed since 2006 while highlighting the work still needed to create a safer future.

In West Sussex, Hourglass offers support to people aged 60+ experiencing domestic abuse via their specialist local provision, helping ensure older people are recognised, protected, and heard.

If you’re worried about yourself or someone you know that is over the age of 60, support is available by calling their 24/7 helpline on 0808 808 8141. There's also a link to their website in the comments section 👇️
