Meet Joanne!
Joanne is a resident of the local community and has decided to bring her passion for engineering to the Army Reserves. She set her sights on developing her personal skills with setting herself new challenges.
Joanne has brought with her an unwavering dedication to making a positive impact while expanding her engineering knowledge and capabilities. In her own words Joanne shared her motivation, "I've always believed that joining the Army is a way that I can improve my skill set, make new friends and see the world! Joining the REME Reserves aligns with my civilian career perfectly and I am thrilled to contribute my skills to the Company".

Charlie has turned their love for engines and ‘big trucks’ into a valuable role in the Army Reserves. Just like many others from the area, Charlie started their journey right here in their hometown.
By embracing the path of a vehicle mechanic in the Army Reserves, they’ve not only found a fulfilling career, around their full-time employment, but also a sense of belonging within a close-knit community.
