We’re back with another flavour packed Friday Eats session, next Friday 19th June, 4-8pm 🔥. Cooking up an incredible menu of asian fusion fire cooked street food is the incredible Laura Sylvester .sussex . Expect smoky fire cooked flavours, bánh mì-inspired specials, Hollycombe 100% pasture-fed brisket with kimchi, Asian-style Scotch eggs and plenty more (including kids offering). We’re really excited about this one.
Grab a drink from the bar, find a spot in the paddock and settle in for an early evening of great food, wholesome fun and summer solstice sunshine.
No tickets. No booking. Just turn up and enjoy!🔥🍻

We had a great May ☀️ thanks to everyone who visited us at the farm! Here’s what’s coming up in June…

🍴Our June feast is sold out but we have a few seats left for our Sunday lunch on Father’s Day - all details on our website via link in bio.

🌅After the overwhelmingly good response to our first Friday Eats, we’ll be ready for you this time with a 2nd bar and we’re so excited to welcome the incredible .sussex who will be serving up delicious fire cooked street food …. More to come on that soon.

🚲 is back with their first race of the year on the farm woodland trails > all levels of rider are welcome, for more info & tickets go directly to them

As always Christine will be firing up the wild sauna throughout the month and Megan will be holding foraging walks .vitum

FOOD ON SUNDAY 🍴as always food and flavour will be centre stage here on the farm! And we’re so excited about the line up for this Sunday’s open day …. We’ll have with a Hollycombe special loaded flatbread as well as our very own with Hollycombe beef burgers as well as other yummy options. See both menus here - and we’ll also have truck for delicious ice cream all day long. We can’t wait! See you on Sunday ☀️

One week to go until our first Sunday Open Day of the summer 🌅

An afternoon on the farm with great food, two fully stocked bars, live music, tractors, walking trails, pick your own flowers with .flowers and plenty of space for kids to enjoy being outside.

We’ll have food from and , ice cream from , a kids music class with , plus local produce to buy from and .

We can’t think of a better sunny Saturday activity than to spend the day with foraging, feasting, fermenting, and creating. Our first feast menu of the year is here 🔥🍴for our sold out May feast tomorrow. Hyper seasonal using the freshest produce from our local food producers, cooked over fire, Chef Charlie Butcher told us he wanted to celebrate the early harvest of spring, this fleeting season between winter stores and spring abundance. We. Can’t. Wait. Happy feasting to those at the farm tomorrow!🍴🔥
