🔨 A successful Housing Repairs Service Trade Day 2026!

Thank you to everyone who joined us at Hamilton House for this year's Housing Repairs Service Trade Day, delivered in partnership with Jewson Partnership Solutions.

The event brought together colleagues, suppliers, contractors, members of the Lincoln Tenants Panel (LTP) and residents for a day of learning, collaboration and innovation. Attendees explored existing products and materials, discovered new solutions, spoke directly with manufacturers and shared valuable feedback to help improve our repairs service.

Belvin Construction Limited, who are working with us to build the 50 new properties on Jasmin Green, have recently commissioned a local graffiti artist to create a mural on the hoarding.
