We give free, confidential, impartial and independent advice on a wide range of subjects, including: Benefits – questions about entitlements, support with applications and appeals against unfair decisions Debt and money advice – how to manage your debts, improve your financial situation and maximise your income Work-related problems – questions about terms and conditions, dismissal, redundancy, intimidation and unfair dismissal Consumer issues – everything from broken kettles to difficulties with gas and electricity suppliers Relationships – issues relating to splitting up, children, and bereavement Housing – your rights through to homelessness. Opening Times Open every weekday from 9-4 but closed for lunch 12.30-1.15. If these times are inconvenient then try our telephone advice line. It is continuously staffed from 10-4 each weekday. This service is available for Lincolnshire residents and calls are charged at 5p a minute (mobile phone charges may be higher). If the lines are engaged or the call is made out of working hours, a series of pre-recorded messages and options will guide you to appropriate up-to-date advice. Lincolnshire Telephone Advice Service 03444 111 444 Calls from landlines are typically charged at up to 9p per minute, calls from mobiles typically cost between 8p to 40p per minute. Calls from landlines and mobiles are included in free call packages. We also provide a Migrant Workers Helpline. Telephone information and advice available Monday - Thursday in Polish from 9.30am - 1.00pm. Unfortunately we are unable to give advice/information through Facebook.
