Leisure For Life a project run by the ESTAR (Employability for Supported and Temporary Accommodation and Refuges) is a fantastic way to reduce 'loneliness' and increase meaningful social connections with others.

Leisure For Life is for residents experiencing or at risk of homelessness in East Sussex. It includes a Free three-month gym and swimming membership.

Optional training in the leisure industry is available and increases your work readiness or provide you with an opportunity to upskill or change job roles.
