Huge congratulations to everyone who attended the No. 4 SATT courses over the recent months.

This includes our very own Adjutant, CI Solomon-O'Donnell who has qualified as Air Rifle Range Conducting Officer and has also successfully completed the Fundamentals of Coaching Course.

Cadets from Leuchars Squadron completed “Gliding Introduction Flights” this weekend with two launches each.

If you are interested in aviation and flying, aged 12 to 17 years old, then the RAF Air Cadets could just be the organisation for you.

The squadron parades at Leuchars Station, Monday and Wednesday evenings 1900 to 2130.

Huge congratulations to our cadets and staff involved in the first SCUBA diving event run in Central Scotland Wing.

Our squadron is proud to have been able to take part in such an exciting experience, with plans already in place to help open this experience up to other squadrons within our wing.

A special thanks to our Adjutant CI Solomon-O'Donnell and the team at DivebunkerSAC for helping make this event possible.

A very successful weekend at The Scottish National Scale Model Show!

Over the course of the weekend, our squadron represented the Royal Air Force Air Cadets at the Scottish National Scale Model Show 2026 which was held in Perth. We received lots of praise for the professionalism of our cadets and staff and had lots of interest shown in our models including our very own decommissioned "Harrier Cockpit".

Well done to all involved and we look forward to any future opportunities to promote interest in the Royal Air Force Air Cadets.

We had a very successful parade last night!

Absolute massive well done to FS Walker who passed his final Method of Instructing assessment and was presented his yellow lanyard by CI Wilkie from 38F (Perth) Sqn.

Cpl Dow was awarded his silver Bagpiping badge for his outstanding performance at ATC Sunday over in West Scotland Wing.

Congratulations also goes to Cpl Sproul and Cpl Massala who both passed their presentation skills assesment and are well on their way to following in FS Walkers footsteps in achieving their lanyards.

Last night we also said goodbye to CI Amy Davanna who is unfortunately transferring down to South East Scotland Wing. Many thanks for all the kind words from cadets at final parade. Please go and say hi to Amy at any regional events!

Last night we were glad to be joined by Flt Lt Smith and FS Brown from 2288 (Montrose) Sqn who taught Essential First Aid - earning some a new shiny badge and renewing other people’s qualifications.
