‼️Important update: Letchworth Lido
😢We are sorry to confirm that, due to the impact of localised flooding, Letchworth Lido will remain closed and will not reopen for the remainder of this season.
💔The lido season was due to end on Sunday 6th September.
🤗The lido at Hitchin Swimming and Fitness Centre remains open for bookings until Sunday 6th September, and Letchworth Lido season ticket holders can transfer their season ticket for use at Hitchin between now and Sunday. Bookings are not available online, please book at reception upon arrival.
💴Customers with upcoming bookings at Letchworth Lido will be contacted directly with further information. In addition, any customers who had a booking at Letchworth Lido that was cancelled as a result of the closure will receive a refund for their cancelled session.
🐕💧We can also confirm that the Doggy Splash sessions planned for Letchworth Lido will now take place at Hitchin Swimming and Fitness Centre on Friday, 11th, Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th September. The sessions will go ahead with the same arrangements as originally planned.
Customers who have already purchased tickets for Doggy Splash do not need to do anything, as their bookings will be automatically transferred to Hitchin Swimming and Fitness Centre. All other arrangements for Doggy Splash, including the session times, will remain unchanged. A limited number of spaces are also still available for customers wishing to book.
