Our pendant and alarm service gives carers peace of mind, knowing someone is always there to help, supporting both you and your loved one to stay safe and independent.

Today is Age Without Limits day, a celebration of aging.

This year's theme is "Question Ageism", which highlights the importance of challenging ageist assumptions through conversations. Society often attaches labels to aging, focusing on its limitations. It's important to challenge this by promoting a positive outlook on what it is to age and create a more age-inclusive society.

At Herts Careline, we look to empower the independence of all of our customers, ages ranging all the way up to centenarians!

This year's theme is 'Building Carer Friendly Communities' highlighting the real impact carer friendly communities can have in making a positive and lasting difference to the lives of carers. Don’t forget about the upcoming OPALS events this June! These are friendly, sociable sessions where you can relax, chat, and get helpful support from local services. There's plenty on offer:

- A free hot meal and refreshments
- Meet and connect with other residents in your area
- Receive a ‘small acts of kindness’ bag filled with useful freebies
- Get advice and support from a range of local organisations
