To use this service, you need to become a member - Our membership is £10 per year (September to August term). Once a member, fares are:

Advance Notice: Planned Herts Careline software updates – from 29 July 2026
In preparation for the national Analogue to Digital switchover, Herts Careline has arranged a programme of further major updates to our control room software systems.
The dates include:
• Wednesday 29 July
• Monday 3 August
• Tuesday 4 August
• Thursday 6 August
During this period, the Herts Careline service will continue to operate as usual. Calls will still be answered; however, they may take a little longer to connect.

You can make test calls as usual if you wish.
