🎤 The event was officially closed by Anya and Leighton from the Shetland Youth Voice committee.

📋 Everyone filled in an evaluation survey to let us know what they enjoyed most and how we can make future events even better.

🏖️Keep Scotland Beautiful also led a fantastic hands-on beach clean over at St Ninian's Isle!

🪣 Young people got stuck in cleaning up the shoreline and removing marine litter to protect our local wildlife.

🌊 It was a brilliant way to take real action for Shetland's environment while enjoying one of our most iconic spots!

🌱 Workshop 7: Transition Turriefield led a hands-on session all about local food growing!

🧪 Attendees got stuck into testing soil quality with pH analysis and planted their own seeds in recycled containers to take home.

🥦 The group discussed the economic benefits and future potential of community food projects across Shetland!

🚜 Workshop 6: Shetland Amenity Trust ran an interactive "Crofting for Nature" session!

🍬 Through a decision-making game using sweets, participants balanced environmental priorities like protecting rare species with running a working croft.

🌱 The session is having great discussions on the future opportunities of nature-friendly crofting in Shetland!
