Why not pop along to our Natter Café this Tuesday?
Whether you're new to our villages, looking to meet people, or simply fancy getting out of the house for a cuppa and some company, you'll be made very welcome.
There's no agenda, no pressure and no need to book – just a warm drink, friendly faces and good conversation.
Come on your own or bring a friend. You might just make some new connections in the community.
Free to attend – we'd love to see you there! 😊

Starting Tuesday 9th June 2026, we’re delighted to open the doors to The Natter Café at Narborough Parish Centre, a friendly space to pop in for a chat, a cuppa, and some good company.

We’re proud to be working in partnership with Commbus to help Narborough and Littlethorpe residents with mobility difficulties attend the café. If getting out and about is difficult, please contact us on 0116 286 3008 and we will arrange for Commbus to collect you from home and return you safely afterwards.

Whether you’d love a proper catch-up, want to meet new people, or simply fancy sitting somewhere welcoming and warm (or cool depending on the weather) to enjoy tea/coffee and biscuits, you’ll always find a friendly face waiting for you.

This cyber security warning comes from the Cyber Resilience Centre for the East Midlands. While it is aimed primarily at small businesses, the information is equally relevant to households and private users. The guidance relates to common internet routers and everyday online activity, including those used for home broadband and home working.
For clarity, this is not being shared in response to a specific local threat or incident. It is intended as a general awareness message, highlighting simple and practical steps that can help reduce the risk of cyber crime for both organisations and individuals.

Just a reminder that it's the Annual Parish Meeting for our residents this evening. Unfortunately, there are roadworks in the village, including the closure of Desford Road but we have been given permission to access the car park at Narborough Park until 9.15pm. The weather is pleasant this evening so walking may be a good alternative to driving 😀
We look forward to seeing you tonight!
