We’re absolutely delighted to share that Bellerose Manor has been awarded a 5-star food hygiene rating!

Our rating reflects the very good hygiene standards found during our recent food hygiene inspection, and we couldn’t be prouder of the team behind it. 👏

From the kitchen team preparing delicious meals for our residents, to the staff who help maintain the highest standards throughout the home, this achievement is a real reflection of the care and attention that goes into everything we do.

I’m Reece, the Customer Relations Manager at Bellerose Manor in Glenfield.

I’m currently looking at ways we can get our residents more involved with the local community, and I’d love to hear from people who live locally. ❤️

I’m looking to connect with local groups, clubs, businesses, charities and just generally interesting people who might have something they could share with our residents — whether that’s a hobby, a skill, a talk, an activity, music, animals, gardening, art or something completely different!

We’re a new home and I’d really like to build some genuine relationships within the community and create opportunities for our residents to meet new people and enjoy different experiences.

Today we said goodbye to our wonderful staff member, Rachel, as she begins a new chapter at our sister home. 💐❤️

We would like to say a huge thank you to Rachel for all her hard work, dedication, kindness and support during her time with us. You have been a valued member of our team, and your hard work has been truly appreciated by both our staff and residents.

Today, Dani, our Manager, and our Resident Ambassador Iris said a special goodbye to Rachel and presented her with a beautiful bunch of flowers as a small token of our appreciation.

Although we are sad to see you leave us, we are delighted that you are not going too far and will be joining our sister home. We wish you every happiness and success in your new role. We know you will be just as wonderful there! ❤️

Today, our customer relations manager went head-to-head with our residents in some fun and friendly games!

Today, our Customer Relations Manager, Reece, headed down to Glenfield Library to join some of the wonderful people in our local community at their weekly Wednesday Brewers Corner. ☕️

It was a fantastic opportunity for Reece to introduce Bellerose Manor to the group, share a little more about who we are, and explain what we can offer to older people and their families in our local community.
