Find out more and complete Staffordshire County Councils EV charging survey.

We’ve just launched a public survey on cross-pavement charging solutions (EV gullies) 🚗🔋

We’re looking at ways to make electric vehicle charging easier and cheaper for people in who park on-street (without driveways).

Charging at home can cost much less than using public chargers. We want to understand where there is demand, how people travel now and in the future, and what support might be needed.

📆 The survey is open until Sunday 26 July.

Air pollution affects everyone’s health. It’s linked to a range of health problems throughout our lives – from premature birth and childhood asthma to heart and lung disease, diabetes and strokes in later life.

We may be exposed to higher levels of air pollution because of where we live, and children, older people and people with existing health conditions experience the health harms of dirty air more than others.

By coming together to take action on air pollution in our communities, we can help both children and adults live healthier and longer lives, boost our local economies and make our communities cleaner and greener. Learn more about how air pollution affects your health by visiting cleanairhub.org.uk

You can also have your say on air pollution by participating in the Council’s public consultation about Smoke Control Areas. A link to the survey can be found on the Council’s Air Quality webpage. https://www.staffsmoorlands.gov.uk/article/1096/Air-quality

The lighting will be direct on to the playing area, minimising disturbance yet still allowing use during darker evenings. A timer system also means they will go off no later than 8.15pm.
