A new chapter in the Nicholson Institute Museum & Art Gallery’s history is beginning in this much-loved community space, and we’re excited to share updates as we prepare for the future.

Through a partnership between Staffordshire Moorlands District Council and the Friends of the Nicholson Institute, we’re bringing together local knowledge, passion and expertise to celebrate the Museum and Art Gallery, it’s collections and its importance to the community.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing behind-the-scenes glimpses, stories from the collection and introducing some of the people helping shape the Nicholson’s future.
