"Today (Friday 3rd July) I found a girl lol doll at the park. Happy to post to someone if they can describe it. Think someone maybe missing their doll so didn’t want to leave it."

I visited Golden Acre Park today (Monday 26th November) with my son and he lost his red shoe (first ever pair, so a sentimental really).

"What happened to the Swan family at Paul's Pond, they've disappeared as have a similar family of swans at Golden Acre. Went away for a week and returned to find them all gone." 😟

Easter Family Fun Day and Welly Walk at Golden Acre Park!

Saturday 19th April (Easter Saturday)
10:00am - 4:00pm

This one is a must whether you are 1 or 100!! The day will run from 10am - 4pm and shall feature an Easter trail around the lake, our very own larger than life Easter chick, Easter crafts, plant your own veg, face painting, hook-a-duck, bargain new and nearly new toys, fantastic raffle and all the fun of the fete. As well as being a drop in event we are recruiting children and those a little older to partake in the welly walk as a light hearted and fun sponsored walk. All we ask is that you try and raise £10 in sponsorship. For more details or to sign up for the sponsored walk element please contact us at [email protected].
