It's sad that in this day and age, that a woman is most at risk of violence and death when she is in act of carrying a child..

In awarness of this, we .can not ignore that for a child, the time it's most at risk of violence harm and death is When it is within the womb where it should be safest and most protected.

Current laws only focus on prosecution** not protection.
And laws cover only from week 28, meaning any act of harm or violence b4 that point is not a criminal offence

By creating a protection order applied to women at risk of d.v from the point of conception/ knowledge of conception, any incident that occurs, the first invident* will be a table as a crime of breach. Bypassing the need to fit into current laws of when a child becomes a life .understandably, the prosecution laws relating to age been changed would effect rights to abortion that may be needed due to severe disability and circumstances. Would make illegal to perform medical abortions, which is why those laws will not be changed directly. What is lacking is the act of protection been spied and enforced atcwat is clearly the most high risk time For women and children alike

But by creating a specific protection order over pregnancy to those at risk of d v gives police right to act to protect both mum and baby, wether 9week, 12 week or 24...

We can't change prosecution laws , but we can change the focus to protection, and nip abuse in the bud so mother and child do not need to suffer whilst trying to proove d.v takes years .. we need to act to protect without the need to proove certain specific crimes. An order assets it's own rule of law , the breach is the crime!! No matter what the circumstances the act to protect must be forefront

For the government as nhs, can detail risk to unborn baby sufferi g the d.v of the mum. It is not just physical violence that causes great risk. For e.g.. fear triggers high cortisol and aDrenalin that has effects on central nervous system and development.
My baby was 4lb 8 due to the cortisol levels I endured due to there been no ability to charge by law, no bail orders could be applied and so Absolutely no protection or action was taken and I suffered the entire pregnancy and from birth

This sort of Change will save thousands of lives a day,

This is a public matter.
It is a matter for the community .

And so itv is a disgrace for the likes of groups like leedsplace to deny the public their right to a choice

Its refusal has evidently resulted in its 175k followes power been put behind the allowing of the abuses suffered in pregnancy to continue unchallenged.

I am going to be making formal complaint to Leeds city council for their failure to share such public right to knowledge with its community

For failing to adress the very relevant issues of d.v . For opressing the ppls right to choose wether they want to be power behind the change to protect or empower the ignorance to it .

I know the public agree on protection of mum's and babies. It's a humane moral that is so far from the truth

This plight is been hidden. And it's in the publics interest they know this is a choice they Can help bring change and save thousands of lives each day from injury and death .

This is not political!!

How dare Leeds place take away the people's right to such awarness of choice !!

And for one whom calls themselves a public service page, they are doing the entire community they stand for a disservice!!!!

I asked for them to at least give their follow4es the option by asking them if they agreed with protection of pregnant women, and if they'd like to voice that opinion.

The admin chose to block me for asking them to ask their community if they wanted to see such a petition

That is opression of rights of the people

Considering the subject matter, I am going to be reporting their acts of opression to the council they are linked to.

Obvs this matter is a huge issue. We've had 2 murdersxof pregnsnt wonen by partners hit headlines in just 4 weeks!! And tgatvis nothing in comparison to the losses pre 28 weeks occurring every day in their thousands

Leedplace I demand a public apology for the community u opress of this right to choice and rightbto voice on a very public and community related issue.
