Tenants Hall Enterprise Centre - Health for All Tenants Hall is a £1.6 million state of the art Enterprise Centre in Middleton, south Leeds. The building originally opened in 1955

Owned by Leeds City Council, the Centre is managed by local charity Health for All (Leeds) Ltd. The original Tenants Hall opened in 1955 and provides a home for local community groups, enterprises, events and charities across south Leeds. The original building was fully refurbished with funding of £1.6 million from the national Local Enterprise Growth Initiative (LEGM) and the European Union Europ

ean Reginal Development Fund (ERDF). The centre is a multi use, multi functional space which operates as the head office for Health for All (Ltd.) There are a number of areas within the centre which can be hired for events and activities. Tenants Hall Enterprise Centre offers:
- Fully serviced building
- Flexible spaces for enterprise and community use
- Phone line
- Admin support
- Reception service
- Secure offices/key card entry
- Parcel/post handling
- Visitor/client reception
- Conference and event space
- Meeting rooms
- Full Wi-Fi throughout the Centre
- Access to bring guests into the office
- Use of shared areas (kitchen)
- Use of services with cost (printer/copier/telephone)
- Cycle shed for safe storage
- Free on-site car parking including disabled parking
- Disabled access to all levels
- Hearing loop

Rooms available for hire:
- The main hall - which can accommodate up to 150 people seated, it can also be split into two sections. With a specially designed sprung floor it is ideal for any kind of dance activities.
- A multi-purpose room that is perfect for conferences and group meetings, and includes a kitchen area, toilet and own outside space.
- 3 Meeting rooms that can accommodate between 4-12 people and can be hired with tea and coffee facilities, whiteboard, flipchart and pens.
- 8 offices of varying sizes including a hot desking facility if required, 2 of which are currently available to rent.
