After a week of rain, the food we are growing is absolutely thriving. The strawberries, raspberries and grapes are growing beautifully, and our apple and plum trees are loving all the extra water. The rhubarb seems happier than ever! 🍓🍇🍎🍑

The weather certainly didn't stop us having fun last week. We got creative with crafts under the shelter, embraced the rain, and made the most of being outdoors together. 🌿💚

Now the sunshine is making a welcome return, and we're looking forward to another lovely weekend at The Play Patch.

We’re having a fun worm themed day tomorrow at the Play Patch to celebrate our friend’s birthday! She loves digging in the mud for worms and taking care of their little worm families, so we thought it would be the perfect theme. We’ll even be giving out yummy worm hotdogs! 🪱🌭

It's going to be a beautiful day tomorrow, the sun is going to be out, and we can't wait to spend it outdoors at the Play Patch! ☀️

In honour of World Earth Day on Wednesday, we're going to be doing some earth crafts along side our usual free play 🌏
