Come and say hello to the Menopause Knowledge team this Saturday!

We will have 200 FREE booklets, resources, and a friendly chat waiting for you. We will share information about our monthly meet-ups and creative workshops.
Whether you're just starting to wonder about perimenopause or well into your journey, you're very welcome.
