We also encourage foreign nationals to join us to meet people.

4pm - 5pm Language lesson, Wednesday at Laurencekirk Library building.
£1 per family, children must be accompanied by an adult. As the library opens from 2.30, we can go in any time after school to browse books or chat with the group members. We have requested the library to have some books/audio materials relating to the language (country) we are learning. The group will continue after summer holidays. Everybody's welcome!

We are getting back this afternoon after not-such-a-summer break;) Well, some of us went to look for a sun in other places... Ginette has prepared a new series of French lessons, but there may be a little language surprise today if our guests will definately visit us. See you at 4pm in the library, as usual.

Message from Kirsty Forrester:
We are going to have an ADVANCED adults English Class for non native speakers starting in September, leading to an SCQF level 4 qualification in communication. The focus will be reading and writing, but will be delivered in an informal/social context. If anyone is interested then please get in touch with me at the community centre (01561 378 298). P.S. Mums, this may be helpful to have on your CV if you are thinking about getting a job.
