To celebrate the upcoming world cup the Post Office will be running a number of 1 day travel money flash sales for customers travelling to host countries.

The first sale will go live at 8.30am wednesday 3rd June untill 8am Thursday 4th June.

This will be an in branch only sale across US dollars for new travel money card sales, existing travel money card top ups and in branch cash sales.

*Flash sale pricing is subject to a minimum £500 spend*

BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY 25th MAY🌼

The Post Office will be closed on Monday and we will be open as usual on Tuesday at 8.45am .

The combi unit will be open in the Book Nook were you can deposit money, withdraw money, deposit cheques, pay most utility bills ,including car tax and rates.

For anyone lucky enough to be getting away we can help with any currency that you may need ,we have most currencies in branch and if not we can order in for you (please allow at least 24/48 hours as cut off times apply).

Please ask one of our counter staff about our travel money card ,it's safe, convenient and easily managed by an app on your phone and takes minutes to apply.

From the 31st December 2025 it has been no longer possible for you to deposit cheques for HALIXAX,LLOYDS BANK OR BANK OF SCOTLAND at a Post Office counter.
